Partnering and team building for Federal contracting.
BGB Solutions helps private firms and nonprofits find the right federal opportunities, build the teams that can win them, and deliver work that holds up for the communities that depend on it.
My mission
BGB Solutions was founded in 2026 to deliver seasoned, trusted leadership to clients across the architecture/engineering, construction, environmental, and federal government sectors. Drawing on 38 years of experience, including time as a federal employee and as a private-industry executive, I understand both sides of the federal table and know how to bridge them.
I serve clients throughout the U.S. Mainland and the Caribbean, bringing the insight, accountability, and practical know-how that move projects from vision to results.
Experience. Integrity. Impact.

What I do
Business development, teaming, and capture support for firms competing in the federal market.
I provide business development, teaming, and capture support to firms competing for federal work in construction, A/E, environmental, logistics, and disaster recovery.
The work is mostly partnering and team building: finding the opportunity that fits, assembling the primes, subs, and subject matter experts the scope calls for, and positioning the team so the agency sees the capability it is actually trying to buy.
Behind that sit thirty-eight years of relationships I have built across federal agencies, prime contractors, and industry associations — and firsthand experience on both sides of the table.
How the work breaks down
- Strategy — where to compete and why
- Partnerships — who you need beside you
- Performance — turning both into won work
The short version
Four things, from reading a solicitation to standing up quality control on a federal construction site. Each one is something I have done myself, as a federal employee, as a private-sector executive, and on the ground after storms in the Caribbean.
